In just 1 hour a surface of more than 200 sft can be covered (12mm thick), and 1200-1500 sft per day.

Functions and Applications

Fill the hopper with mortar mixture with a maximum diameter of 3mm of aggregate (narrow down sand), point mortar sprayer's mouthpieces to the wall and/or ceiling you want to cover from a distance of approximately 30 cm.

Turn on the valve and the mortar mixture will be sprayed all over the surface adhering quickly to it. When the hopper empties, refill it again with mixture and repeat the procedure.

You will need a pressurized air source of 6-8 bar with a minimum flow of 200 litres/minute

Maintenance Cleaning

Keep a 20 litre bucket full of water where you are spraying. When the mortar sprayer is not in use, set it in the bucket and shoot a couple blasts of air to ensure that the ports are open and free of mixture.
Twice a day, use a scrub pad and scrub off any mixture that has set. If you allow it to set longer, it will probably never come off.

Choosing the right spray tip is essential for ensuring a quality finish -- no matter which coating material is being sprayed. However, spray tips will wear with normal use.

It’s important to replace a tip when it gets worn to ensure a precise spray pattern, maximum productivity and quality finish. When a tip wears, the orifice size increases and the fan width decreases.

This causes more paint to hit a smaller area, which wastes paint and slows productivity.

Tip life varies by coating, so if a tip is worn, replace it. Extend tip life by spraying at the lowest pressure that breaks up the coating into a complete spray pattern (atomize).

Do not increase the pump pressure; it only wastes paint and causes unnecessary pump component wear.
